Our immune system bundle contains critical nutrients that are difficult to absorb through food. The bundle contains 90 vitamin D3 & K2 capsules, 2x 60 vegan omega-3 capsules, 90 multivitamin capsules and 90 curcumin capsules as well as alternatively a 5% or 10% CBD oil.

With 5,000 IU and 100 μg of vitamin K2 per dosage, the vitamin D3 & K2 capsules cover +100% of the recommended dose. Vitamin D3 contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones. 1,2,3 Vitamin D3 is mainly absorbed through solar radiation, which is why many people, especially in Europe and in the winter months, do not achieve optimal levels of +30 nmol/L. 4 Vitamin K2 works synergistically with vitamin D3 by ensuring that calcium is transported to the bones.

The vegan Omega-3 capsules are obtained from algae oil and contain 300mg DHA & 150mg EPA per serving (2 capsules). Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid and must be covered through your diet. It contributes to normal heart function, blood pressure, brain function and vision. Theoretically, 5 Omega 3 can be obtained through diet, such as fatty fish, nuts or avocados, but these would have to be consumed in large quantities, which is not the case for most people with a normal diet, which is why it is recommended Omega 3 will also be supplemented.

The multivitamin tablets also cover up to 100% of many critical vitamins and minerals, including zinc , magnesium, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin C, iodine, selenium and iron . These help strengthen the natural defenses and protect cells from everyday stress, as well as support the nervous system, psychological functions and combat fatigue.

The curcumin capsules contain 500mg of curcumin. The bioavailability of the patented NovaSOL® curcumin capsules that Naturecan uses is 185x better (AUC 24h) and 7 times faster (Tmax) than conventional curcumin powder, meaning that your body absorbs the curcumin much faster and can develop in the bloodstream. Curcumin has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and is therefore often used to prevent and treat diseases and to calm the digestive system. 6

Alternatively, the bundle also contains 5% or 10% CBD oil . Both are low-dose cannabidiol oils that are perfect for people who have little experience with CBD. Cannabidiol ( CBD ) is one of over 100 phytocannabinoids that can be found in hemp or cannabis (marijuana). CBD naturally interacts with our endocannabinoid system , which is located in our body and helps regulate cognitive and physiological processes, such as mood, appetite, sleep and pain . While THC binds to both cannabinoid receptors directly, CBD only indirectly affects the two types, giving CBD anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and calming properties. Since CBD neither makes you high nor addictive and is a natural, non-psychoactive active ingredient, it is completely legal in Germany and almost all countries (<0.2% THC).

Our CBD oil is blended with 100% pure organic MCT carrier oil and terpenes to offer high quality THC-free cannabidiol (CBD) drops. The 10ml bottle contains approx. 240 drops. One drop of 5% CBD oil contains approx. 2mg of CBD. of 10% CBD oil 4mg. With a dosage of 20mg CBD per day, you would need around 10 drops of 5% or 5 drops of 10% CBD oil.
